SlimFile.app is free to use without an account. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You give us permission only to process them so the tool can do what you asked, and they are deleted automatically afterwards, as described in the privacy policy.

Only upload files you have the right to use. Do not use SlimFile.app for anything illegal, to remove protection from documents you are not entitled to open, or to process material that infringes someone else’s rights.

Each tool has limits on file size and batch size. Please do not try to get around them, overload the service, or use it through automated scripts without asking us first.

Always keep your original files. Results are available to download for a limited time only, and we cannot recover a file once it has been deleted.

We work hard to make every tool reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Check important results — especially redactions and anything legal or financial — before you rely on them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Topa Solution is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using SlimFile.app, including lost data, lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change the tools, their limits or these terms at any time. The current terms are always on this page, with the date they were last updated. Questions go to slimfile.app@gmail.com.
